REFINERY RELOCATION:

• Hammer International has located a 30,000 BPD existing refinery, already dismantled and in excellent condition; conducted some preliminary engineering assessment and has negotiated : “As Is”  sales price directly with the owner.
• Hammer international will co-ordinate to reengineer, transport, re-erect, start-up and provide the process guarantee with the cooperation of a large international EPC company. The project will be completed in less than 2-years on a cost plus turn-key basis.
• Total installed cost (TIC) for such undertaking will be 45 to 50% of the cost of a new refinery and can be constructed in 30% less time of a new plant. Moreover, the pay out period will be in less than 3 years as opposed to 7-1/2 years for a new refinery.
• Objective is to find a client company either in Nigeria, China, Kazakhstan, and Russia or in any other NIS country who would buy, own or operate this relocated refinery.
• The company in the host country who will be the new owner should provide all the necessary information in order for Hammer International to perform the required engineering and assist the client in arranging financing from International Institutions.
• Hammer International and the selected EPC company will be responsible for supplying all needed engineering, new equipment and spare parts to retrofit or provide expertise to make the plant operate at the contracted designed capacity.
• Hammer International will arrange for training of all operators, technicians or engineering stuff through their international engineering affiliates and will continue to maintain the best performance of operation and safety for at least next 15 years.
• Hammer International can assist in selling the products of the refinery to the international market to help earn foreign exchange for the new owner of the host country.
• Hammer International can purchase or upgrade your existing plant.
